Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and secured with the required deposit or payment at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time with at least 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Clients are expected to arrive on time and provide all required documentation prior to their appointment to ensure efficient service. Love Financial Group LLC reserves the right to reschedule appointments if required information is incomplete. Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales and deposits are final once services have begun. Additional fees may apply for complex services, revisions, additional documentation, expedited requests, or extended consultations.
